VIOLATIONS TO TERMS.
All Actions deemed to be in violation of any of these rules are subject to termination or Removal by Etoolsitebuilder.com.
It is within our sole discretion to publish any and or all websites live to the Internet for viewing.
To clarify further:
Etoolsitebuilder.com Internet services are all Client/Server systems, which means that all software code remains on Etoolsitebuilder.com servers at all times. You are leasing our system for use in selling your products or services.
Etoolsitebuilder.com will provide a secure, password-protected manager console from which you, the client may update, add to and remove items as well as retrieve orders placed.
You must keep your password private at all times. If your password is compromised and you cannot change it using the manager console, you agree to contact Etoolsitebuilder.com immediately to change your password.
Etoolsitebuilder.com will not be held responsible for neither downtime nor damages resulting from downtime. All applicable setup & installation fees are non-refundable.
Etoolsitebuilder.com neither allows the resale of the Etoolsitebuilder.com system by customer, nor does Etoolsitebuilder.com sell the source code of the system.
You authorize Etoolsitebuilder.com to charge either your credit card or do an ACH billing which automatically deducts from your checking account.
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY:
A 15 Day Free Trial Demo is offered to customers which provide complete access to eToolsitebuilder Web Studio Technology, Managers Login, Help Center Tutorials, Advertising Tools etc, before Customer makes any purchase commitment.
PAYMENT OPTIONS PLANS.
Customer can select from monthly, quarterly or annually payments. The PLANS, the hosting agreement renews automatically every month or according to your agreed terms, unless cancelled or stated otherwise in writing by you.
REFUND POLICY.
- Monthly Plan
After 15 Days Trial Offer, the customer decides on whether or not he wishes to sign in or abandon DEMO Site, at which time we offer some extra grace time before its illimination from the system.
- Refund within 10 Days
However, should the customer decide to sign & purchase its DEMO SITE or make a NEW SITE, whereby selects the MONTHLY PLAN, but decides within 10 days of its commitment, to CANCEL, can do so in writing by emailing us at support@etoolsitebuilder.com and we'll gladly REFUND the customers Hosting Fees, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
REFUNDS DO NOT APPLY: - Custom Projects
There are NO REFUNDS on any custom development, as projects are pre-agreed in writing, tailored to specific needs and requirements of the customer, where the customers has ample time to decide on whether or not he wishes to continue. A prepaid deposit is required before works commence based on stages of development, to which the customer can decline continuation at the end of each level of development. - Quarterly & Annual Plans
If you have chosen the Quarterly or Annual Hosting Plans, please understand that there are NO refunds for setup charge and hosting fees or have cancelled at any time during these contract selection plans.
